      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide peer support over the phone, connecting with individuals in need
      - Build rapport and engage clients effectively through active listening
      - Offer available resources or information needed to callers
      - Maintain professionalism and calmness while multitasking during calls
      - Collaborate with team members in ongoing meetings, training, and team-building activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Certified Peer Support Worker, Family Peer, Wraparound, or equivalent certification
      - Current experience as a peer with a willingness to acquire necessary certifications
      - Ability to maintain a distraction-free private office space while working from home
      - Commitment to ongoing personal recovery and professional handling of confidential information

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in crisis intervention or peer support roles
      - Familiarity with the New Mexico Crisis and Access Line (NMCAL) services
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Demonstrated ability to provide empathetic support to diverse populations
      - Willingness to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends
