      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide peer support to callers, building rapport and client engagement over the phone
      - Maintain a distraction-free private office space while adhering to HIPAA compliance
      - Offer available resources or information needed by clients
      - Remain calm and professional while multitasking to support callers effectively
      - Participate in ongoing meetings, training, and team-building activities with fellow specialists

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Certified Peer Support Worker, Family Peer, Wraparound, or equivalent certification
      - Current experience as a peer and willingness to acquire certification in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
      - Ability to handle confidential information professionally
      - Commitment to personal recovery and ongoing development

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in crisis intervention or related peer support roles
      - Familiarity with the New Mexico Crisis and Access Line (NMCAL) or similar services
      - Strong communication skills and ability to connect with diverse individuals
      - Training in mental health or related fields
