- The LSA will lead the architecture and design of complex PEGA implementations and guide less experienced PEGA resources to ensure success.
- You will lead collaborative efforts to produce quality systems that meet and surpass customer expectations.
- Establish PEGA best practices, guardrails, coding standards, and reusable frameworks.
- Oversee system integration design that includes legacy systems, microservices and API.
- Lead design reviews, performance tuning, and technical optimization.
- Mentor and guide PEGA developers and architects.
- PEGA Lead System Architect Certification.
- Bachelor’s Degree with15 years of applicable experience.
- Must have a Public Trust (MBI) clearance.
- Must have 15+ years of hands-on PEGA development experience.
- Demonstrated experience in establishing and enforcing PEGA best practices and guardrails, including the use of coding standards and reusable frameworks.
- Experience working in Agile teams.
- Experienced in PEGA application design and system architecture.
- Experience leading technical implementation and mentoring less senior team members.
- Exposure to PEGA v8.x and current PEGA features
- Experience designing and implementing API integrations (SOAP/REST).
- Experience in Cloud operations such as AWS, GCP, and Azure
The Health Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a PEGA Lead Systems Architect (LSA). The customer is primarily located in the Washington DC area, but the position is telework. It’s an exciting opposition to help shape the future technology roadmap for a large government agency.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $131,300.00 - $237,350.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
