What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Audit and approve enrollment and transfer records syncing from the admissions system in the Student Information System
- Maintain student records and process requests for student information
- Verify and update student demographic data in the Student Information System
- Review campus attendance data and ensure accuracy according to prescribed procedures
- Assist PEIMS Team Leads/Coordinators with data collection for State and Federal Reporting Submissions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree desired
- Minimum of 2 years in customer support roles
- Minimum of 2 years experience in data entry, record keeping, and spreadsheet maintenance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong personal and relationship-building skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Auditing experience
- PEIMS-reporting experience
- Creative thinking to deliver innovative solutions
- Ability to learn and support multiple software systems on various device types
