      Pensions Dashboard Delivery Manager – Any UK Location, Hybrid or remote working available


      What can you expect:

      • The role is a member of the Pensions Dashboard Leadership team and reports into the Head of Pensions Dashboard

      • Based in one of our UK locations, however, we can also accommodate someone would would like to work remotely as a homeworker

      • Working within a team of 36 people in this area of the team, you will be required to liaise heavily with the operations team, client relationship manager, pensions regulator, money advise service and other regulatory authorities

      • Becoming an expert on the Dashboard regulations; reading, understanding and communicating the requirements of the various sets of data standards

      • You will be given support to develop and progress long term within this role, team and Mercer

      We will count on you to:

      • The incumbent will be responsible for providing management and governance to the Pensions Dashboard Project by becoming an expert on the Dashboard regulations; reading, understanding and communicating the requirements of the various sets of data standards

      • Attending working groups both internally and externally to ensure Mercer are aware of Dashboard changes

      • Taking part in key conversations to shape the delivery of Pension Dashboards

      • Understanding Mercer’s infrastructure and proposition, to share knowledge to colleagues

      • Assisting with establishing the commercials of Pensions Dashboard - including the cost approach for staging schemes and post Dashboard go-live

      • Understand how commercials are tracked for projects and the wider business

      • Act as the liaison to the CRM community

      • Ensuring the clients remain updated and to help smooth financial deliveries through each schemes project

      • Attend Trustee meetings to help inform clients of their requirements and detail legislation and Mercer commitments

      • Act as a liaison to other TPAs and AVC stakeholders, to ensure Mercer are consistent with the industry

      What you need to have:

      • Collaborative team player who can influence outcomes as well as work independently

      • Solid experience of delivering projects related to pensions and some knowledge of the Pensions Dashboard requirements

      • Ability to inspire a cross-functional, distributed team to deliver successfully and accomplished in delivering to time, quality and budget

      • Experience in client facing work with excellent influencing and negotiation skills

      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Able to articulate complex messages with clarity, ease to all audiences and flex style as required

      • Strong commercial awareness, including change management

      • Ability to work to strict deadlines and cope with high demand requirements of stakeholders

      • Logical, innovative, methodical, collaborative and thorough approach to work

      • Expertise in making high-level decisions and implementing plans

      What makes you stand out:

      • Pensions Dashboard regulatory experience, knowledge and skills - although not essential but will need solid pensions knowledge and experience - DC and/or DC

      • Regulatory change and operating model implementation experience

      • MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)

      • Planning, monitoring and controlling projects, including risk and issue management

      • Financial control and budget management

      • Operational management, process management and control
