- Manage all u00A0 day-to-day u00A0 HR Business Partner responsibilities, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, workforce planning, annual performance cycle. n
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with the business and key stakeholders to develop awareness of business challenges and objectives to help drive both HR and business strategy. n
- Work with department heads to identify staffing needs and manage the full cycle recruitment process , including onboarding, for all positions, including professional, hospitality, culinary and property staff. n
- Manage the performance evaluation process, providing guidance to managers at all levels. n
- Create and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the specific needs of various teams and members of the family to enhance knowledge and skills required for the organization today and in the future. n
- Oversee process and management of payroll for GFO employees in compliance with federal and provincial regulations. n
- Design and manage compensation systems and employee benefits for the GFO that inspire and engage employees to meet expectations and reward accountabilities. n
- Prepare periodic reports on HR metrics, payroll expenses, and related HR activities. n
- Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline n
- 5 + years of progressive corporate HR business partner experience across all HR areas n
- Expertise in HR legislation with experience in employee relations n
- Previous full cycle recruitment experience. n
- Strong HR software skills , including p roficiency in using payroll software (ADP preferred). n
- Strategic and collaborative mindset with practical orientation and strong focus on execution . n
- Strong presentation, facilitation, u00A0 consulting, u00A0 and relationship building skills. u00A0 n
- Highly organized and meticulous . n
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a small team environment. n
