- Work with the Senior leaders to advise and lead across all areas of HR from policy and process to employee relations, talent acquisition, coaching and development.
- Supporting the business in driving and managing change (to leaders, role structures, new ways of working, use of new skills etc.) effectively, using change management tools and processes to ensure that teams continue to operate effectively.
- Coaching partners and managers and being their trusted advisors, not just on people issues but on business decisions and direction.
- Provide quality HR expertise and advice to different teams through proactive, innovative and solutions-focused business partnering,
- Be approachable and provide support to staff and managers during change initiatives as well as during business as usual (performance reviews, recruitment, training etc.).
- Contribute to reward decisions effectively, ensuring compliance with the market factors, fairness and consistency of decision making.
- Influencing and being part of project teams delivering business strategies and initiatives.
- Systems, Data and Reporting of KPI’s.
- Monitoring, measuring and reporting on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements, through HR data analysis, to enable fact-based decision making, to agreed formats and timescales.
