What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive onboarding program for new employees
- Design and create high-quality training content, including presentations and e-learning modules
- Deliver engaging training sessions and facilitate workshops using various methods
- Research and evaluate external training resources to enhance internal programs
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and key performance indicators (KPIs)
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience (2 or more years) in a training, learning and development, or instructional design role
- Familiarity with various adult learning theories and instructional design models
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate across all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with instructional design software and e-learning platforms
- Knowledge of employee engagement strategies and best practices
- Ability to adapt training content to suit diverse audiences and learning styles
- Previous experience in the automotive industry or related fields
