What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support payroll processing and reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Assist with benefits administration and monitoring of corporate benefits plans
- Oversee HRIS system operations, including data entry and troubleshooting
- Generate regular and ad hoc reports to support HR and business decision-making
- Maintain internal communications and collaborate on employee engagement initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in HR administration, particularly in payroll, benefits, reporting, and HRIS
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, finance, information technology, or related field
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and SharePoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with UKG HRIS software
