      About the role
      As a People Partner, you’ll support senior leaders and teams to bring out the best in their people—delivering expert advice and people solutions that drive engagement, performance and strategic growth. This is a 12-month max-term parental leave cover through to August 2026.


      In this role you will:

      • Partner with business leaders to align people practices with strategic goals
      • Use HR data and insights to identify trends and tailor solutions across performance, retention, and development
      • Coach and build leader capability in organisational design, change, and culture
      • Provide trusted guidance on employee relations and employment legislation
      • Ensure appropriate resolution of workplace grievances in line with policies, legislation, and best practice
      • Facilitate performance, engagement and talent processes including succession planning and salary reviews
      • Collaborate with the broader People team to deliver impactful projects and continuous improvements
      • Drive action on diversity, equity and inclusion through data and practical initiatives
      • Support the wider People team during the AO and other tennis tournaments and events as required

      About you

      To be successful in this role you will:

      • Have experience in a HR Business Partner or similar advisory role, ideally in a complex or fast-paced environment
      • Strong understanding of ER legislation and experience managing complex ER matters successfully
      • Be comfortable working with senior stakeholders and influencing at all levels
      • Enjoy solving complex people challenges with both strategic thinking and practical execution
      • Be data-informed and outcomes-focused, with a commitment to equity and inclusion
      • Experience with an HCM system (Workday preferable but not essential)
