- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience as an HR business partner or generalist supporting leaders at global companies.
- Experience managing organizational transformations across multiple regions and talent pools.
- Experience in areas such as organizational design, succession planning, performance management, business consulting, compensation and rewards, recognition programs, employee engagement, coaching and development, talent management, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, data analysis, and employee relations.
- MBA or Master's degree.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Comfort with ambiguity and participation in strategy discussions.
- Ability to work within constraints and challenge the status quo.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Provide thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategies, using data to guide decisions and proactively address issues. Partner with leaders on change initiatives.
- Work with Google's leaders to create comprehensive people strategies that drive lasting organizational change.
- Identify root causes of problems and design cross-disciplinary solutions beyond traditional HR scope.
- Deliver talent and performance management, change management, leadership coaching, data insights, employee relations, and development support.

This role involves partnering closely with YouTube Biz organization leaders in Go-to-Market and Global Operations. As a People Partner, you will collaborate with leaders to develop solutions and work across functions within YouTube, including Strategy, Trust and Safety, and Product teams.
