What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements across multiple engineering and support disciplines
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates using various platforms
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and offer negotiation
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Collaborate with the People Team to enhance employer branding and improve candidate experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or 5 years of equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience in engineering, construction, or industrial sectors
- Proven ability to meet and exceed recruitment goals
- Good understanding of technical roles such as civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical engineers
- Proficiency with HRIS tools, including applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with UKG Pro, UKG Recruitment Gateway, Rival/Entelo, SeekOut, LinkedIn, or similar platforms
- Highly desired experience with AI platforms related to recruitment
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including technical communication
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to adapt to change as required
