What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with day-to-day administration of HR systems, including configuration updates and troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate employee and position data across systems; perform audits to ensure compliance
- Support the design and rollout of system workflows and templates to simplify HR transactions
- Generate and distribute standard reports and dashboards; respond to data requests
- Provide frontline support for HR, managers, and employees on system use
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent (higher degree accepted)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience administering and configuring HR systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity
- Proven experience in leading and partnering on projects with People and IT teams
- Proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience administering and configuring UKG Ready and/or iCIMS
- Familiarity with HR data analysis tools and methodologies
- Previous involvement in system-related projects and testing cycles
