      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the People Team with the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits coordination
      - Manage and optimize HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and efficient reporting
      - Maintain up-to-date company policies and ensure compliance with labor laws across multiple U.S. states
      - Collaborate with leadership on performance cycles and career pathing initiatives
      - Serve as a trusted resource to leaders and employees, offering guidance on people practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
      - Five (5) years of progressive HR/People Operations experience, ideally in a project and construction or engineering professional services environment
      - Strong working knowledge of Paylocity or similar HRIS platforms
      - Experience supporting a distributed workforce across multiple U.S. states
      - Deep understanding of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with employee benefits administration or payroll support
      - Previous HR experience with a federal contractor
      - Proven success working independently or as a “team of one”
      - Familiarity with career frameworks and organizational development
      - Clear and empathetic communication skills with strong attention to detail
