What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage data collection, reporting, and business intelligence services to support decision-making
- Analyze performance trends and validate reporting results for accuracy and clarity
- Conduct financial assessments and forecasting based on contractual obligations
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement to gather reporting requirements and ensure compliance
- Serve as the primary contact for performance guarantee inquiries and provide training and support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Intermediate to expert Excel skills, including pivot tables and advanced formulas
- Familiarity with relational database management systems (RDBMS) and SQL
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret contracts effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Direct work experience within the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or healthcare insurance industry
