      Job Summary

      The Data Center Performance Manager - Critical Facilities will be the primary owner of our customer's CMMS systems and the expert in training and support of the data center procedures and protocols toward operational best practices and standards within the data center environment. Qualified candidates will implement standardization of data center operational processes with regards to work orders, performance improvements, portfolio gaps and monthly CPI reviews

      Responsibilities

      • Primary owner of designated CMMS system:

      • SME for training and account support

      • Author and owner of operational playbook

      • Work closely with the Operations Director to study formal and informal data to better understand and speak to Account performance.

      • Analyze work order data for all regions to identify gaps and/or issues at branches across the portfolio and present findings to the client.

      • Responsible for the forecast/trending of performance data and analyzing trends of monthly Critical Performance Indicator (CPI) results for performance improvement concepts.

      • Create, maintain , and optimize account-wide dashboards.

      • Draft and distribute reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

      • Collaborate with the Platform team to have efficient, effective CPI tracking and reporting tools.

      • Implement reporting tools, such as CPIs, SLA’s, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, which are used to track JLL’s performance.

      • Provide benchmarking support utilizing data from multiple sources and work with clients and teams to identify data needs and reporting.

      • Collaborate with Data Management to set up processes to ensure data validity and integrity in multiple databases and trackers and work with Regional and Facility Management Teams to ensure data quality.

      • Participate in the development and distribution of best practices, process documentation, and user support materials for data management tools.

      • Perform any other duties and tasks as assigned.

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business/financial/systems area is preferred, however, High School or Equivalent education is required .

      • 5-10 years of Data Center experience

      • High level skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT) required . Experience with other data and statistical applications are a plus (PowerPivot, Tableau, SAS, Access, Minitab, Sigma Excel, SQL).

      • SharePoint experience is a plus.

      • Strong analytical skills with a track record of identifying potential issues pro-actively and formulating solutions and contingency plans

      • Excellent communication skills, ability to deal comfortably with more senior managers; capable of presenting to senior managers without undue tension and nervousness.

      • Be customer service oriented with client contact when necessary.

      • Strong leadership, organizational, and execution skills with a demonstrated ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

      Estimated total compensation for this position:

      64,500.00 – 112,000.00 USD per year

      The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
