What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads
- Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO execution, and manage Google Business Profile for local SEO
- Set up and manage Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and Tag Manager for tracking and optimization
- Monitor KPIs, run A/B tests, and use analytical tools to demonstrate ROI and performance improvements
- Collaborate with content, design, and video teams to produce effective marketing materials
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on SEO and SEM experience
- Proven experience in running and optimizing paid campaigns
- Strong skills in setting up and managing Google tools, including Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and Tag Manager
- Solid understanding of performance marketing and conversion optimization
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads or Sales Navigator
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) or landing page optimization
- Familiarity with AI search optimization tools or workflows
