What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns including Search, Social, and Video
- Build, monitor, and adjust campaigns with a focus on targeting strategy and budget management
- Report on campaign performance and provide insights and strategic recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Account Management, Strategy, Analytics, and UX
- Communicate with clients regarding campaign performance and optimization opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of agency or in-house performance media experience
- At least 2 years of experience with primary digital advertising consoles (Google Ads, Meta)
- Proven ability to plan, forecast, build, and execute media campaigns
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with tagging platforms such as Google Tag Manager or Tealium
- Understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and/or Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
