What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage paid media campaigns across Search, Social, and Video platforms
- Build, monitor, and optimize campaigns with a focus on targeting strategy and performance
- Report on campaign performance and provide insights and strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Account Management, Strategy, Analytics, and UX
- Communicate with clients regarding paid media management and performance opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of agency or in-house performance media experience
- At least 2 years of experience in primary digital advertising consoles (e.g., Google Ads, Meta)
- Proven ability to plan, forecast, build, and execute media campaigns
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with tagging platforms (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Tealium)
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and/or search engine optimization (SEO)
