      Main duties of the job

      • Service Transformation: Your expertise will shape our future. Ensure operational policies evolve and align with our service's transformation, fostering innovation at every step.

      • Collaboration: Work closely with the services other team managers, ensuring seamless coordination across the entire service.

      • Visible Presence: Maintain a professional, accessible presence to provide assistance, guidance, and support to our dedicated staff, fostering a positive work environment.

      • Clinical Leadership: Take charge of clinical guidance, effectively managing human and budgetary resources, and championing evidence-based practices for a high-impact service.

      The Perinatal Mental Health Service is countywide and includes the Perinatal Trauma & Loss Service. This post will primarily be based in Cambridge, however travel and responsibilities across other areas may be required.

      To provide operational management and support the clinical leadership across the Perinatal Mental Health Service.

      To contribute to, quality improvement and problem solving across the clinical pathways.

      Ensure clinical governance arrangements are in place to cover all of the clinical activity.
