      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Work with children and families to achieve permanency through appropriate placement options
      - Educate families on the adoption process and implement permanency plans
      - Conduct home studies and assessments to evaluate family suitability
      - Attend court hearings, school, and community meetings as an advocate for families
      - Network and develop relationships to recruit potential foster/adoptive parents

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in an approved Human Service field
      - CWEL certification
      - Valid driver's license in good standing and current automobile insurance
      - CPR and First Aid certified or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire
      - Must obtain a valid Illinois driver's license within 30 days of hire if moving from out of state

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a social services environment
      - Familiarity with child welfare policies and procedures
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting
      - Previous experience in case management or related fields
