What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review drawings for compliance with jurisdiction and utility standards
- Submit and acquire necessary authorizations, approvals, and agreements for facility installation
- Address challenges related to the acquisition of authorizations or service connections, including application rejections
- Maintain timely system updates, including accurate forecasting and milestone task completion
- Develop and maintain relationships with utility and jurisdictional stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 0 - 2 years of experience in planning, zoning, land use capacity, utility joint use, or telecommunications industry
- Demonstrated experience navigating a corporate environment and collaborating with stakeholders
- Knowledge of municipal processes, codes, and ordinances
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Foundational understanding of project budgets and expenses related to permits and service connections
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Telecommunications industry experience
- Zoning and permitting experience
- Relevant military experience
