What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prioritize incoming emails, calls, and correspondence for timely responses
- Prepare presentations, reports, and important documents for the CEO
- Monitor deadlines and deliverables for various projects
- Conduct research and compile information on assigned topics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive or personal assistant supporting C-level executives
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Additional language proficiency is a plus
