      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive financial results by delivering topline growth at target margins across Direct and Agency distribution channels
      - Oversee state management of rate levels, class plan segmentation, and coverage offerings for Auto, Home, and Umbrella products
      - Seek out performance improvement opportunities and deploy pricing or product changes to enhance results
      - Present key results and strategic insights to senior leaders, developing action plans to restore growth and profit metrics
      - Build a deep understanding of local markets and regulatory requirements to create competitive advantages

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in the P&C insurance industry, with at least 2 years in Product or P&L Management
      - Strong understanding of Personal Lines insurance products and distribution channels
      - Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of financial statements and actuarial concepts
      - Strong Excel skills; familiarity with SQL, SAS, and Snowflake is beneficial
      - Excellent presentation and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in pricing, underwriting, or data & analytics
      - Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo and influence stakeholders for change
      - Knowledge of local marketplaces, including state-specific regulations and filing requirements
