      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Proactively identify, qualify, and convert personal lines prospects through cold calls, networking, referrals, and community outreach
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and centers of influence
      - Provide accurate insurance quotes and guide clients through coverage options that best meet their needs
      - Represent the agency professionally at marketing events, community activities, and networking functions
      - Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth onboarding and excellent customer service

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Prior insurance experience required (independent agency background preferred)
      - Active Property & Casualty license
      - Outgoing, personable, and confident communicator
      - Strong networking and relationship-building skills
      - Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
