      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage complex customer retention interactions and handle challenging save opportunities and escalated cases
      - Serve as a subject matter expert in retention strategies, advanced negotiation, and value-based selling
      - Analyze customer motivations and competitive dynamics to drive renewal decisions
      - Collaborate with leadership to implement new retention strategies and process enhancements
      - Support training and coaching initiatives by sharing best practices with peers and new hires

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a call center environment with at least three (3) years in a dedicated retention, renewal, or sales support role
      - Proven track record of exceeding retention or save goals in a high-volume environment
      - Expert-level communication and negotiation skills for handling complex customer interactions
      - Advanced understanding of customer lifecycle and competitive positioning in subscription-based or insurance products
      - Must hold or be willing to obtain and maintain a General Lines Property & Casualty (P&C) license across multiple states

      - Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are encouraged to apply
