      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Accurately follow up on medical insurance claims billed to various carriers
      - Investigate reasons for claims denials and work towards resolving claims for payment
      - Collaborate with different areas of revenue cycle and the organization for timely follow-up on claims
      - Stay updated on compliance and payer policies, sharing relevant information with colleagues
      - Analyze unpaid claims and denials to identify necessary actions for resolution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred
      - Minimum of 2 years of non-clinical healthcare experience, preferably in revenue cycle
      - Strong analytical skills to assess unpaid claims and denials
      - Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with insurance carriers and patients
      - Proficient in documenting actions within software systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in medical billing or coding
      - Familiarity with medical insurance policies and procedures
      - Strong problem-solving skills to address claims issues
      - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
      - Knowledge of revenue cycle management principles
