What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage daily operations of Client Performance Guarantee Reporting, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
- Design and implement long-term operational and strategic solutions for client performance metrics
- Conduct data analysis to identify financial impacts and prepare comprehensive reporting packages for clients
- Collaborate with internal business units to resolve client issues and enhance reporting processes
- Participate in the Request for Proposal (RFP) process by providing accurate network analyses
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) and 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong proficiency with MS Office, including intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite and familiarity with SQL and Cognos
- Ability to read and interpret contracts and a solid understanding of financial risk concepts
- Strong analytical skills and a broad knowledge of financial, statistical, and health analytic principles
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in pharmacy benefit management
- Advanced technical skills related to business analysis
- Familiarity with relational databases
- Experience in preparing client reports and performance guarantee metrics
- Ability to manage complex client situations effectively
