      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build disease awareness with key partners and understand treatment initiation processes
      - Collaborate with partners on prior authorization and patient referrals to support access
      - Manage the sales budget and grow sales through effective territory planning
      - Develop and maintain relationships with customers and opinion leaders
      - Conduct meetings and events to promote products and gather market insights

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (or high school +10 years; Associate +6 years; M.S.)
      - Ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
      - Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales
      - Territory coverage for Pittsburgh East, PA
      - Valid driving license – category B

      - Experience in sales account management within the healthcare industry, preferably in eye care
