Job Description

- Location: Reading, Berkshire
- Provide effective technical and administrative support to the Pharmacovigilance team
- Processing of accurate day to day PV data and ensuring company and regulatory timelines are met
- Perform/prepare when applicable monthly reconciliations, track team training, and update electronic folders
- Assist filing, writing of letters, archiving files, etc
- Ensuring that all processes and data are kept in an inspection and audit ready condition at all times
- Currently in university education and will be at the time of starting the placement in Summer 2025 e.g. will not be completing degree and then starting the placement
- Good time management, organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication (English)

Applicants must be in their undergraduate studies as of August/September 2025.

Format: If successful you will have an initial telephone conversation with the recruitment team, followed by an invite to a pre-recorded video answer interview. The final stage would be to meet with the interviewers.
