What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming phone calls each day from customers and/or health care providers
- Contact care providers on behalf of the customer to assist with delivery of medication
- Assist customers in navigating company websites
- Research complex issues across multiple databases
- Help guide and educate customers on their prescription benefits
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
- 1+ years of Customer Service experience
- Previous experience working with multiple computer screens while speaking to customers
- Ability in using computer and Windows PC applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
