What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive and resolve patient and provider escalations efficiently at the pharmacy help desk
- Manage patient and provider concerns to expedite therapy initiation and onboarding
- Organize escalations related to intake, benefits verification, and prior authorization
- Collaborate with pharmacy and functional departments to enhance service delivery
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Florida Registered Pharmacy Technician license required
- Minimum of two (2) years of pharmacy experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of oncology pharmacy experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with effective verbal and written communication
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and collaborate across various levels of management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Pharmacy Technician certification preferred
- Experience in a fast-paced oncology pharmacy setting
- Proven ability to negotiate and explore solutions within a healthcare environment
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and pharmacy operations
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
