What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve annual budget objectives for assigned sales territory
- Build and execute a business plan to optimize territory performance
- Lead a consultative sales process from qualification to contract negotiations
- Develop sales proposals, presentations, and marketing strategies to grow business
- Maintain accurate data in Salesforce.com CRM for real-time sales forecasting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with typically 4+ years of relevant experience
- Minimum 4+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales goals
- At least 2+ years of experience in the medical and/or pharmacy field
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; open to 70% travel
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite

- Demonstrated consultative sales approach to identify customer needs
