      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide patient/provider/customer care using the pharmacy computer system
      - Prepare and label medications appropriately for distribution
      - Retrieve, review, and manage inventory for medications and supplies in the pharmacy
      - Maintain pharmacy records and perform housekeeping duties in compliance with policies
      - Participate in the onboarding and training of new pharmacy personnel

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
      - Certified Pharmacy Technician within 2 years from Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB or NHA)
      - Minimum experience in a healthcare regulatory environment
      - Proficiency in computer literacy
      - Strong teamwork and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a clinical environment
      - Familiarity with pharmaceutical names and medication management
      - Additional certifications related to pharmacy practice
