      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Receive and promptly resolve all patient and provider escalations at Rx To Go
      - Provide efficient and high-quality service to internal and external customers
      - Manage all patient and provider concerns to expedite therapy initiation and onboarding
      - Collaborate with pharmacy and functional departments to ensure cross-departmental effectiveness
      - Support the Pharmacy Helpdesk by responding to inquiries in a timely manner

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Florida Registered Pharmacy Technician license
      - Minimum of two (2) years of pharmacy experience
      - Minimum of two (2) years of Oncology pharmacy experience preferred
      - Strong interpersonal skills with effective verbal and written communication abilities
      - Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified Pharmacy Technician credential
      - Experience negotiating problems and exploring solutions with healthcare providers
      - Familiarity with pharmacy software programs and relevant regulations
      - Knowledge of patient-centric practices and organizational policies
      - Proven ability to identify process improvement opportunities
