      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Communicate with insurance companies to facilitate the approval of medications
      - Navigate pharmacy operating systems to input data and perform adjudication on claims
      - Document patient concerns, prior authorization status, and financial assistance needs
      - Assist patients in managing their pharmacy insurance claims and medication compliance
      - Collaborate with pharmacists and pharmacy liaisons to provide quality patient care

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
      - High school diploma or GED required
      - State registration or state certification as a pharmacy technician
      - National certification as a CPhT or equivalent is strongly preferred but not required
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect the organization's value

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience working with prior authorizations and medication access
      - Familiarity with electronic medical records and pharmacy operating systems
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to recommend operational improvements
      - Active participation in professional organizations related to pharmacy
