      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
      - Follow communication "scripts" while addressing various topics and customer inquiries
      - Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives
      - Perform data entry and customer service tasks efficiently
      - Maintain punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times while managing multiple chat channels

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1 year of customer service or customer support experience
      - 1 year of previous call center or office background experience
      - Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening abilities
      - Technical savvy with the ability to navigate online efficiently
      - A background check applicable with state and federal laws is required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous remote work experience
      - Quick learner with the ability to work independently
      - Flexibility to cross-train as requested
