      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the full life cycle of alarm systems, access controls, video cameras, and other physical security equipment
      - Install and service security systems, including access control, intrusion, and CCTV
      - Coordinate with vendors for permitting and requirements related to fire and security systems
      - Maintain relationships with internal and external groups to ensure the effectiveness of security systems
      - Conduct Site Security Reviews and final inspections

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8+ years of experience in installing and servicing physical security systems and security software
      - Advanced knowledge of Stanley PAC and Bosch Technician products and software, including installation and programming
      - Proficient in Axis Cameras and Exacq Vision Client Software
      - Experience with information technology security applications and practices
      - Ability to manage security vendors and coordinate repairs effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with security audits and customer request assessments
      - Experience in emergency management related to physical security systems
      - Knowledge of fire system inspection requirements and documentation processes
