      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide direct patient care services under the direction of a Licensed Physical Therapist
      - Supervise and delegate appropriate functions to the Rehab Technician
      - Implement plan of care formulated by the Licensed Physical Therapist
      - Assist in caring for the physical needs of the patient population served
      - Utilize good interpersonal skills to ensure effective patient care

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have an Associates degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant
      - Current Texas license as a Physical Therapist Assistant
      - CPR certification
      - One year experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant in a healthcare setting
      - Basic computer skills and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Home Care or Hospice
      - Advanced skills/education in specialty areas of practice
