- Assist Physical Therapists in carrying out individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, and mobility interventions
- Perform manual therapy techniques and therapeutic modalities as directed
- Monitor patient progress and accurately document treatment responses
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, safety, and injury prevention
- Communicate patient updates and concerns with the supervising therapist and care team
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional treatment environment
- Support patients in achieving maximum independence and functional goals
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current PTA license in the state of practice
- Current AHA CPR Certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Valid auto insurance
- Minimum of 1 year of home health experience preferred
- HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, crawl, and sit for extended periods
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 100 lbs.
