      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide direct physical therapy services under the direction of a qualified physical therapist
      - Treat patients to relieve pain, develop or restore function, and maintain maximum performance
      - Direct and assist patients in therapeutic exercises and training activities
      - Utilize physical agents such as heat, cold, and ultrasound as part of treatment
      - Maintain clinical records and participate in organization meetings and education programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program with an associate's degree
      - Approved as a physical therapist assistant by the Physical Therapy Board of California
      - Good verbal and written communication and organization skills
      - Current CPR certification
      - Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a home health care setting
      - Familiarity with electronic health record systems
      - Bilingual skills in English and Spanish
      - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
