      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide direct physical therapy services under the direction of a qualified physical therapist and according to the physician's plan of care
      - Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, muscle reeducation, and functional training
      - Utilize physical agents such as heat, cold, water, and ultrasound during treatment
      - Observe and report patient reactions to treatment and changes in condition
      - Maintain accurate clinical records and participate in team meetings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program with an associate's degree in science or applied science
      - Approved as a physical therapist assistant by the Physical Therapy Board of California
      - Good verbal and written communication and organizational skills
      - Current CPR certification
      - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
