What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide therapeutic services and activities under the guidance of a Physical Therapist
- Assist patients in maintaining or improving their level of independence
- Travel to patient homes in Portland and Beaverton areas for home health services
- Build rewarding relationships with a diverse patient population
- Exercise independence and flexibility in your role
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
- Oregon Physical Therapy Assistant License upon hire
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in home health care settings
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster patient relationships
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
