      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide skilled physical therapy to patients under the supervision of a physical therapist
      - Assess and address individual patient needs, including special physical or age-related considerations
      - Facilitate therapeutic services and activities to promote patient independence
      - Build rewarding relationships with a diverse patient population in a home health setting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
      - National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
      - Oregon Physical Therapy Assistant License upon hire
      - Washington Physical Therapist Assistant License upon hire if practicing in that state
      - Strong skills in patient/client treatment and professional consultations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in home health or community care settings
      - Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
      - Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic areas
      - Bilingual skills to support diverse patient populations
