What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Administer physical therapy treatments as directed by the Physical Therapist
- Collaborate with the Physical Therapist to develop and update patient therapy plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and billing charges
- Prepare patients and families for discharge with appropriate education and home exercise programs
- Attend staff meetings and participate in in-service training sessions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Florida
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Strong adherence to policies and procedures related to patient rights and safety
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
