What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in providing skilled physical therapy to patients/clients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
- Tailor treatment plans to meet individual patient needs based on their diagnoses and disabilities
- Foster relationships with a diverse patient population in home health settings
- Collaborate with team members to ensure maximum patient/client independence
- Exercise flexibility and independence in your role to enhance patient care
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Upon hire, possession of an Oregon Physical Therapy Assistant License
- Upon hire, certification in National Provider BLS from the American Heart Association
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in home health or similar healthcare settings
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with patients and team members
- Knowledge of various physical therapy techniques and modalities
