What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Travel to partner clinics (up to 80% travel) to build and maintain strong clinician relationships
- Identify challenges to adoption of technology and collaborate with clinic teams to implement tailored solutions
- Deliver in-person support, coaching, and training to clinicians and clinic staff on workflows and platform tools
- Analyze usage metrics and develop strategic action plans to improve performance and engagement
- Track visit outcomes and progress against client KPIs in a structured and organized way
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist
- Minimum of 2 years of outpatient clinic experience required; 2-5 years of clinical experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships and thriving in a coaching role
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in real-time
- Must have reliable access to a major airport for regional travel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with musculoskeletal care delivery, remote therapeutic monitoring, EHRs, or digital health platforms
