What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in driving revenue growth by delivering excellent customer service and ensuring scheduling best practices are followed
- Monitor performance metrics for Customer Service Representatives (CSR) and Quality Assurance (QA) Specialists
- Support timely delivery of high-quality reports and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
- Help maintain relationships with key physicians to promote panel retention and support physician cost optimization
- Assist with operational activities, including reviewing productivity and financial reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- An Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Business experience in a Worker's Compensation and/or Auto insurance setting required
- Exceptional communication skills with a clear understanding of company business lines
- Ability to apply critical thinking and manage time efficiently to meet specific deadlines
- Computer literacy and typing skills are essential
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- LPN Licensure preferred but not required
- Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting preferred
