  **What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
  - Recruit qualified healthcare professionals for fee-based placements
  - Successfully place candidates into positions according to agreed-upon terms
  - Develop and maintain a robust database of healthcare professionals and employer clients
  - Build and manage strong relationships with candidates and clients
  - Assist with research initiatives and support market expansion efforts
  
  **What is Required (Qualifications):**
  - Business-related degree preferred (Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field)
  - Prior experience in agency or corporate healthcare recruiting strongly preferred
  - Previous business development experience within medical or clinical environments preferred
  - Experience recruiting Psychiatrists, Oncologists, Surgeons, Anesthesiologists, and Hospitalists is highly desirable
  - Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and closing skills
