      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead medical record reviews and adjudicate medical waivers for USCG applicants
      - Conduct military medical assessments in compliance with USCG and DoD policies
      - Utilize Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems to maintain healthcare treatment records
      - Analyze weekly discharge rosters and assess condition exacerbation during training
      - Provide constructive feedback and support to healthcare teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Doctorate or Master's Degree in a medical field (PA, NP, or equivalent) from an accredited program
      - Current, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state
      - Board certification as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)
      - Minimum of three years of experience in medical record review and military medical assessments
      - Familiarity with USCG and DoD medical policies, including HIPAA compliance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional specialty certifications in emergency medicine or behavioral health
      - Experience leading research projects related to medical waivers and training outcomes
      - Skills in providing constructive feedback and mentoring healthcare teams
